RESOLUTION NO. 2003-153
AMENDING VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2003-064
ADOPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON JANUARY 28, 2003
WHEREAS, a petition was received in 2002 to vacate a permanent easement for public
utility purposes and a temporary easement in Lot 16, Wayzata Farmsteads; and
WHEREAS, the description of the parcel included in the resolution was for the south 125.7
feet of Lot 16 instead of all of Lot 16, Wayzata Farmsteads; and
WHEREAS, it was the intent of the developer to include all of Lot 16, Wayzata Farmsteads;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized vacation of the easement after completion of a
public hearing on January 28, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the property description in Resolution 2003-
064 be corrected as follows:
Lot 16, Wayzata Farmsteads according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2003.
