RESOLUTION NO. 2003-149
AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH WELL NO'S 14 AND 15
CITY PROJECT NO'S 2027 AND 2039
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with construction of Well No's 14 and 15 as
designated in the Capital Improvements Plan; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. has finished the investigative
work and found sites acceptable for municipal wells; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be prepared in order to proceed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That authorization is given to proceed with the
construction of Well No's 14 and 15. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. is
designated as the consulting engineer and is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
Well No. 14, City Project No. 2027, and Well No 15, City Project No. 2039.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That funding in the amount of $1,900,000 is provided
from the Utility Trunk Fund.
