RESOLUTION NO. 2003-148
APPROVAL OF CONTRACTURAL PAVEMENT MARKING CONTRACT FOR THE
YEARS 2003 AND 2004
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved funds to contract with a pavement marking company
for 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and received bids on March 6, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER PRICE
AAA Striping Service Company $55,640.98 each year
United Rentals Hwy Technology, Inc $62,686.37 each year
Traffic Marking Services, Inc. $52,863.36 each year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that we accept the bid from, Traffic Marking Services, Inc. for
$52,863.36 for each year of 2003 and 2004, subject to available funding in 2004.
FURTHER, that the funding for the contractual pavement markings will be from 101-1610-7511.
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2003
