RESOLUTION NO. 2003-144
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT OF OFF LEASH
DOG PARK AT EGAN PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the development of an off leash dog park at Egan Park for the
summer of 2003; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and also recommended development of an off leash
dog Park at Egan Park; and
WHEREAS, $7,500 has been set aside in the capital improvement budget for the
development of said dog park,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized proceed with the construction and
development of an off leash dog park at Egan Park for the summer of 2003, with $7,500
of funding to be made available from park dedication funds, city park account fund 409.
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2003.
