RESOLUTION NO. 2003-142
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR LAKE CAMELOT PARK
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Barber Construction for the development of
Lake Camelot Park; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, SRF, has recommended approval of Change
Order No. 2 in the amount of $27,662; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation also recommends authorization for this
payment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $27,662 is hereby approved, and further, that the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said change order.
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2003.
