RESOLUTION NO. 2003-131
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES RATES FOR 2003
FOR THE CITY'S DESIGNATED ENGINEERING CONSULTING
FIRMS OF BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK AND ASSOC., INC., SRF
CONSULTING GROUP, INC., SHORT, ELLIOTT, HENDRICKSON, INC.,
HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY, URS, TKDA, AND BOLTON AND MENK
WHEREAS, per City policy the City Council designates engineering consulting firms to provide
engineering services for public works improvement projects throughout the city; and
WHEREAS, on June 11, 2002, the City Council designated the following seven engineering firms
to provide the necessary engineering services for public works projects, i.e., Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Assoc., Inc., SRF Consulting Group, Inc., Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., Howard R.
Green Company, URS, TKDA, Bolton and Menk; and
WHEREAS, rate schedules for 2003 have been provided by the seven current approved engineering
consulting firms working for the City of Plymouth and are attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, all requested rate increases do not exceed the 3 — 3.5% pay increases recently
approved for City employees with the exception of SRF Consulting Group, Inc. which is 4.5%,
although only 3.3% average increases for the two year period 2001 — 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the attached 2003 rate schedules for engineering services
from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc., SRF Consulting Group, Inc., Short, Elliott,
Hendrickson, Inc., Howard R. Green Company, URS, TKDA, and Bolton and Menk are approved.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
