BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a tobacco license is issued
for the period March 22, 2003, through December 31, 2003, to:
PKL, Inc. d/b/a
Wandering Spirits,
3439 N. Hwy. 169
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
