RESOLUTION NO. 2003-127
APPROVAL OF OAKWOOD PLAYFIELD TENNIS COURTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the reconstruction of the
Oakwood Playfield tennis courts and
WHEREAS in accordance with stat statue bid specifications were prepared and distributed and
bid proposal were received and opened on February 20th, 2003, for the reconstruction of the
Oakwood Playfield tennis courts and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, the bid from Frattalone Paving is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for the reconstruction of the Oakwood Playfield tennis
courts and accepts their bid in the amount of $113,252.50 which includes alternates #1 and #2,
and additional fencing around the basketball courts for Oakwood Playfield.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
