RESOLUTION NO. 2003-126
APPROVAL OF CONCRETE WORK FOR 2003 AND 2004
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for miscellaneous concrete work;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statue bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 24th 2003 for miscellaneous concrete
work; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Landmark Concrete is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for various concrete work throughout our Park System for the years 2003 and
2004 and accepts the estimated amount of $50,000 each year for the various projects.
FURTHER, that funding comes from fund 406, the park replacement fund and the Park
Maintenance Budget.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
