RESOLUTION NO. 2003-124
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the joint powers agreement has been amended to allow Logis members to
become Health Care Group members; and
WHEREAS, the City will not become a Health Care Group member at this time, but will
have the option available; and
WHEREAS, this amendment will not increase the cost of the services we receive.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
sign and approve the amended joint powers agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
