RESOLUTION NO. 2003-122
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN UPDATE RESERVE
WHEREAS, funds are required to assist with financing the Comprehensive Plan Update;
and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of the
update; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director
to transfer $100,000 from the General Fund to the Comprehensive Plan Update reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby
directed to transfer $100,000 from the General Fund to the Comprehensive Plan Update
reserve. Further that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 2002 for the 2002
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
