RESOLUTION NO. 2003-121
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO STREET
RECONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to finance the future street reconstruction projects; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of these
project costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director
to transfer $1,000,000 from the General Fund to the Street Reconstruction Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby
directed to transfer $1,000,000 from the General Fund to the Street Reconstruction Fund
to provide financing for the future street reconstruction project costs. Further be it
resolved, that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 2002 for the 2002
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
