TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY FUND
WHEREAS, funds are required to assist with the financing of the Police LOGIS
software upgrade; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of the
upgrade; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director
to transfer $145,250 from the General Fund to the Information Technology Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby
directed to transfer $145,250 from the General Fund to the Information Technology
Fund. Further that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 2002 for the 2002
accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2003.
