RESOLUTION NO. 2003-107
APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE
OF PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for lawful gambling from Plymouth Lions Club, Inc. to
conduct lawful gambling at Jake's Sports Cafe; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria that have been established per Sections
1105 and 1211 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it hereby
approves the application of the Plymouth Lions Club, Inc. to conduct lawful gambling at Jake's Sports
Cafe, 3005 Harbor Lane, and a copy of this Resolution would be provided to the Minnesota Gambling
Control Board.
