RESOLUTION NO. 2003-100
APPROVING CHANGE OF CORPORATE OWNERSHIP FOR
ELM CREEK GOLF COURSE, 18940 HWY. 55
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2 liquor license from Craig
Scherber, sole owner of Elm Creek Golf Links, d/b/a Elm Creek Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds no reason to deny the application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on—sale 3.2 liquor license is granted to Craig Scherber, owner of Elm Creek Golf Links, d/b/a Elm
Creek Golf Course, 18940 Hwy. 55. The liquor license is issued for the period through January
31, 2004.
Approved by the City Council on February 25, 2003
