RESOLUTION NO. 2003-096
AMENDING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LIFETIME FITNESS
Whereas, LifeTime Fitness and the Wayzata School District wish to expand the club by
adding locker rooms for the Wayzata swim teams; and
WHEREAS, previously the City Council has approved a lot division consolidation for
this project; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has prepared the necessary documents to amend
the City's agreement between LifeTime Fitness and the City of Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the First Amendment to Memorandum of Ground Lease, the Second Amendment to
Ground Lease and Development Agreement, and Amendment No. 3 to combination
Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement are hereby approved as
presented, and, further that the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign said
agreements.
