DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD/HIGHWAY 55 AREA
UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
FINE, MARTIN, SVK AND HUGHES PROPERTIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 1033
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that certain parcels of land shall have proposed
assessments deferred;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Payments of all special assessments assessed under the above project
against the following parcels shall be deferred, with interest, provided, however, that when the City
Council approves a site plan or final plat to develop the property, the deferred assessment shall
become payable in full with interest.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will, in conjunction with the development of Parcel No.
18-118-22-12-0004 (SVK Development, Inc.), provide a suitable sewer service to Parcel No. 18-118-
22-13-0001 (Hughes) in accordance with the City's development standards.
Adopted by the City Council on February 11, 2003.
