RESOLUTION 2003-030
APPOINTING INDIVIDUAL TO FILL VACANT
AT -LARGE CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, Councilmember Judy Johnson has vacated her at -large Councilmember position in
order to assume the Mayor position; and
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2003, the Plymouth City Council declared this at -large council seat
vacant; and
WHEREAS, in anticipation of the vacancy, the City Council has conducted a selection process.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Karl Neset is
hereby appointed to fill the at -large City Council seat for a term to begin January 16, 2003 and
expire December 31, 2004.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on January 7, 2003.
