RESOLUTION 2003-029
DECLARING VACANCY TO EXIST IN
AT -LARGE CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, at -large Councilmember Judy Johnson has been elected Mayor of the City
of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, in order to assume the Mayor position, Councilmember Johnson has vacated
her at -large City Councilmember position; and
WHEREAS, the at -large Councilmember term of office expires December 31, 2004.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council does hereby
declare that a vacancy exists in the at -large City Council seat which expires December
31, 2004.
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 2003.
