RESOLUTION NO. 2003-021
AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL STREET SWEEPER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2003 budget the replacement of the street sweeper;
and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Mac Queen Equipment Inc. has a contract with the state; and
WHEREAS, the contract # is 429058
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE CURRENT
MODEL STREET SWEEPER FROM MAC QUEEN EQUIPMENT INC. FOR $ 118,612.00
PLUS SALES TAX
FURTHER, that the funding will be from Account 602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 2003.
