RESOLUTION 2003-012
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR WAYZATA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by the
Wayzata Youth Hockey Association for a raffle to be conducted on March 1, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Wayzata Youth Hockey Association for
an event at the Plymouth Ice Center, 3650 Plymouth Boulevard, on March 1, 2003. The City
further waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 2003.
