RESOLUTION NO. 2003-010
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER PARKING LOT EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Frattalone, Inc. to expand parking
at the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, additional work was necessary to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has recommended approval of Change Order No. 1;
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $4,787.79 is hereby approved, and further, that the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said contract change order.
Adopted by the City Council on January 7, 2003.
