The system consists of all street lighting, whether owned by the City or otherwise, for which the Cily purchases and supplies electrical energy from a public utility. 730.03.730-.02 Accounts; ;n. All street lighting accounts shall be recorded within the Finance Division by the house., street number, aPA and the name of the signing the appheatien for- serAee person or company responsible for payment. All bills and notices sent out by the Finance Division shall be sent to the person or company responsible for payrnent. Any error or change in any address shall be promptly reported to the Finance Division. 738.07.730.03 Street Light Rates. The street lighting rate structure will ensure rates are sufficient to support the full cost of each street light and provide a consistent and logical rate structure to all benefiting properties. (Ord. 2011-29, ' A QT, July 24, 2012) Section 2. Section 1015 is amended to add 1015.35 as follows: 1015.35. Street Light Utility Fees. Residential Street Light Rate: $3.25/month Commercial Street Light Rate: $3.25/month multiplied by a rate factor of five for each street light benefiting the property Section 3. Effective Date.
