Magnus to revammend approval of the larch 4, 1984 Minutes
as submitted. Vote. 5 Ayes. Chairwoman V slllou

MOTION by Commissioner Steiqerwald, seconded by Commissioner
Plufk4 to recommend approval, of the March 21, 1964 Minutes
as submitted. Vote 6 Ayes. Commissioner Stulberg absent.
MOTION carried.

Commissioner Stulberg absent. MOTION carried.,

that he was repzesenting Gordon Millwork, who is the owner
of property located to the north-. Mr,. Gelhar stated he did
not haeme any concerns related to the proposed plat or
requested varlianoe, however, he panted to determine whether
the ponding for the entire area would be affected by the
proposed development.

Commissioner Magnus explained that the land above the high

velop ren , and that the land east of the existing sewer linevelopment,
would he designated for ponding. Assistant Engineer Sweeney

the utilities including storm sewer provisions for the de-

draft Resolution. It was need that the requested variances
were consistent with developments in the surrounding area.

OTHER BUSINESS
It was explained to the Commission that a draft Sign Ordin-
ance should be 'available for review at the April 11, 1984
meeting. Chairwoman Vas liou suggested that Cable Channel i
publicize the, Commission and Council agendas.
