Mr Ryan stated he reviewed the records of previous applica- tions, to identify the neighborhood concerns.. He noted that it appeared the neighbors desired single family detached dwellin st and a Lower density from what was proviou It proposed. lr. Ryan summarized the proposal stating that a uni u! design was prepared to fit the constraints and to addvess concerns previously diseussed.
