park area. The MAN trail system is not part of the
City's Comprehensive Plan, but 1 Intended to provide: access

noted that while the requiredtlo for the trail js 30

Michael Iuan explained the proposed bonding setbacks and
location of the trail with respect to the existing
conditions-along the north property line.
