AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE TO AMEND SECTION 21655.56 PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST
BUSINESS CAMPUS) (2011099)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the city code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended to add section 21655.56 — PUD 81-1 (Northwest
Business Campus): Amendment for WestHealth Emergency Department Expansion, as follows:
21655.56 PUD 81-1 (NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS): AMENDMENT FOR
WESTHEALTH EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT EXPANSION FOR LOTS 1 AND 3,
BLOCK 1, WEST SUBURBAN HEALTH CAMPUS SECOND ADDITION:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. The property affected by this PUD amendment is
currently legally described as Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Second
Addition.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference is the amended PUD Plans received by
the City on January 24, 2012, except as may be amended by City Council Resolution 2012-079,
on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 2011099.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage.
