AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY'
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND WEST OF
I-494 (97003)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from I-1 (Light
Industrial), I-2 (General Industrial), and C-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) with respect to the hereinafter described property:
Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Technology Park, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Technology Park, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of Line A, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed bearing
of South 89 degrees 58 minutes 47 seconds West along the southerly line of said
Lot 1 for 471.11 feet to the actual point of beginning of said Line A; thence north
00 degrees 01 minutes 13 seconds West for 958.07 feet to the northerly line of
said Lot 1 and there terminating; Excepting therefrom all that part of said Lot 1
lying westerly of a line parallel with and distant 245.00 feet easterly of Line A and
lying northerly of a line parallel with and distant 638.07 feet northerly from said
southerly line of Lot 1.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
