ORDINANCE NO. 97-25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF ROCKFORD ROAD, BETWEEN
VICKSBURG LANE AND DUNKIRK LANE (97134)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended
by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map RSF-2 (Single
Family Detached 2) to RSF-4 (Single and Two Family Dwelling District) with respect
to the hereinafter described property:
Outlot A, Sugar Hills; AND,
Outlot A, Westbranch 3rd Addition; AND,
Outlot F, Plymouth Presbyterian Church, according to the recorded plats thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council on October 15, 1997.
