ORDINANCE NO. 97-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND
PUD 83-1 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF
POLARIS LANE NORTH AND 23RD AVENUE NORTH (97108)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended
to add Section 21655.17 for Outlot B, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 3rd Addition and
Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 7' Addition in MPUD 83-1 (Parkers
Lake Corporate Center), as follows:

ADDITION AND LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER
7TH ADDITION
Subd.1. Legal Description. The property affected by the PUD
Amendment is legally described as Outlot B, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 3rd
Addition and Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center 7`h Addition, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Subd. 2: Incorporated herein by reference are the Polaris Business Center
plans received by the City on July 18, 1997 and August 19, 1997, except as amended
by City Council Resolution 97-, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under
File 97108.

Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. The allowable use on this parcel is a 51,000
square foot office/showroom building, along with the following accessory uses:
(a) Off-street parking and off-street loading as regulated by Section 21135 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
(b) Radio and television receiving antennas including single satellite dish TVROs two
(2) meters or less in diameter, short-wave radio dispatching antennas, or those
necessary for the operation of electronic equipment including radio receivers,
federally licensed amenteur radio stations and television receivers, as regulated by
Section 21175 of this Chapter.
Subd. 4: Development Standards. Minimum development standards shall
be as indicated on the approved PUD General Plan Amendment.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 17'' day of September, 1997.
