HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1997-20CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 97-20 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND REVERE LANE AS PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) (97080) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of Cily Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from O -R (Office/Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the hereinafter described property: Outlots B, C, and D, Prime West Business Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2. Amendment of Cily Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to add Section 21655.15 — The Village at Bassett Creek PUD, as follows: 21655.15 THE VILLAGE AT BASSETT CREEK PUD Subd. 1. Legal Description. The PUD is legally described as Outlots B, C, and D, Prime West Business Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are The Village at Bassett Creek PUD plans received by the City on August 4, 1997, except as amended by City Council Resolution 97-517, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 97080. Ordinance 97-20 (97080) Page 2 Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. (a) The uses allowed on Blocks 1-3 (the townhome site) in The Village at Bassett Creek PUD are any permitted, accessory, conditional or interim uses allowed in the RMF -4 (Multiple Family 4) Zoning District. (b) The use allowed on Block 5 (the senior apartment site) in The Village of Bassett Creek PUD is senior housing and related accessory uses. (c) The uses allowed on Block 4 (the commercial office site) in The Village of Bassett Creek PUD are any permitted, accessory, or interim uses allowed in the O -R (Office Residential) Zoning District, as well as banks with drive -up tellers and daycare facilities. All the uses listed above shall be considered as "permitted" uses in the PUD, provided they comply with all development standards and conditions for such uses under the most restrictive corresponding conventional zoning district. Subd. 4. Development Standards. (a) Development standards for Blocks 1-3 (the townhome site) shall be as specified under the RMF -4 zoning district. (b) Development standards for Block 5 (the senior apartment site) shall be as specified under the O -R zoning district. (c) Development standards for Block 4 (the commercial office site) shall be as specified under the O -R zoning district. Section 3. Effective Date.
