In athc-r business, Commissioner Barron stated that he had been required by his businoss to be regularly absent fr -j the city. for past several months, and he anticipated that he would be absent even more during the coming year. He stated that his term expires at the end of tori s year. and he requested that he not be considered for reappointment. He thanked the Commissioners for their cooperation and dedication, and stated that he Ead found the time served on the Planning Commission gas challenging and fruitful. Chairwoman Vasiliou thanked Commissioner Barron for his service to the Commission and she noted to the Ra or that there were apparently a lame;rrumber of qualified applicants who had expressed interest in serving on the Planning Commission.
