Vice -Chairman Steigerwald introduced Mr, Joseph Maurer 1 who represents
Honeywell, Inc., and asked Mr. Mauralli if he had heard from other
rr l,,hbcrs regarding the proposed tangy relaea.-ion, and whether this

and it rias his opinion there were no adverse react ens once the
project was explained e, thea. He asked if the property owners
could be renotified before this request is heard by City Council?
Vice-Chairvian Steigerwald stated the Planning Commission must conduct
the Public Hearing for this application, before' referring it to
the Council.
MOTION by Comi ssioner Stul berg,, seconded by, Commissioner 'Wire to
hear this item in Public , Hearing tonight. MOTION carried.

for all personnel working with the systems will be held to assr.re

Staff explained the Ordinance requires notices to be sent to owners
within 500 feet of the property lines 'or all condit:onal rises.

appropriate if the Commission found the use to be an undue hazard,

Mr. Macrelli ed the tanks have been In use on this site since
their initial building was di'! n '11968-156% and this is the
only change to this'sore system since than time. He stated
the tanks are used solely tor the laboratories in .ire initial

Vice -Chairman Ste ierwald asked if the r°o erg owner: could make'
arrangementsens to visit thea facility and Mr. Plaurelli answered this
would be possible and he could set this up with management approval.

Staff asked the Commission's direction regarding re -notification of the
property owners because of Ns. Jenson s concern about a comp` :te des-
cription of the request on the rdper Y Owner Notification. Vice -
Chairmanan eigerwa d stated that it his been shown that al"t safety pre-
cautions are going taken with this installation, and copes and regi-

Commissioner Wire questioned why this was not being done by
normal plattfig# Richard Schiebe stated it was proposed to
only divide the one parcel into two as shown by their sur e `+r'.
The need for platting not clear to him Staff related
that the parcel had never been platted which is a more fmal
