MaureTi stated that he h'ad spoken with some of the neighbors and it rias his opinion there were no adverse react ens once the project was explained e, thea. He asked if the property owners could be renotified before this request is heard by City Council? Vice-Chairvian Steigerwald stated the Planning Commission must conduct the Public Hearing for this application, before' referring it to the Council.
