He cemented that the people in the neighborhood want to retain the open ss of the area as their lots are larger. Mr. Larseo stated that City requirements placed on this area presented new constraints, setbacks, beniiirig, and parking space requirements. He stated that clustered high rise office buildings are not as economically feasible today, in that potential c, rora e interests are seeking individual sites for their ovan buildings. r.` Larsen suggested the net effect would still be an "office park".
