the City Council to set a time frame for ifriplemen'ting and
enforcing the completion of the site improvements with a bond

Ed Anderson, representing the church, stated that the reasons
for expanding the parking lot are that they are currently using
the Oakwood School parking with permission from the school
and have people walking across County Road 6 to get to church.,
They feel that by expanding the parking facilities they will
eliminate the hazards of pedestrian raff across County Road
6.
