staff report and letters from Public Safety Director Dick
Carlquist and the City Attorney regarding the consIderations
the Planning Conimission should address at this fie ri nq-

regarding establishing any conditions for the existing,facility.
Mr. Bohnert stated the Commission should romhd a restricted

Bruce Johnson, 820 Shenandoah Laney stated that has seen

concurs that some new facility is needed somewhere in the
