to the following conditions:

Mr. Sheldon Johnson of Associates reviewed the traffic analysis and
explained how the figures were attained. 141 explained the lures of service and

Parker's Lake Road and County Road 15 intersection and presented traffic volume figures

roads.

results of his analysis of the traffic study and has recommendations. Discussion

major collector streets. Commissioner Wire inquired about the difference between
agar and a minor collector street City Engineer Fred Moore stated that the
definition is applied according to the use of the street,, moreso than volumes`of

concern about the intersection of Carlson art a ' vA Cb County Road 15. Ile sub-
ined a` graphic showing an alternative intersection of 'Ta bor Lane:, County Road
5 and Carlson Parkway for the Commission's review.

alignment because it has been a policy of the City to keep intersections at right
