Ban Con, Inc. Mr. Hagen stated Oat the sales office would be there from, 3-5
years.. and that with, then real estate was movingthey, felt that seven park-
ing stalls would be sufficient to handle the traffic that the develolpinent
would generate, and that there would also Wparking on Upland Lane*. The
