AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55, SOUTH OF 36m
AVENUE, AND EAST OF ROCKFORD ROAD AS B -C (BUSINESS CAMPUS)

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) to B -C (Business Campus) with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
That part of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 20, Township 118, Range 22,
which lies north of the northeasterly right of way line of State Highway Number 55,
except road.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 4th day of June 1997.
