ORDINANCE NO. 97- 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF OLD
COUNTY ROAD 15 AND FORESTVIEW LANE (96185)
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future
Restricted Development) and B -C (Business Campus) to P -I (Public/Institutional) with
respect to the hereinafter described property:
Lots 1 through 6, Block 1, Schiebe's Business Park, Hennepin County.
AND
The part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and of the Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 20
minutes 05 seconds West along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 1313.34 feet; thence continue
North 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds West 646.30 feet; thence North 0 degrees 05
minutes 53 seconds East 998.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds
East 1120.23 feet; thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 06 seconds West 402.96 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue South 0 degrees 10 minutes 06 seconds West 535.04
feet; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds West 472.71 feet; thence South 0
degrees 10 minutes 06 seconds West 60.00 feet to the south line of said Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter; thence easterly along the south line of said Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the
southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence north along
the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 595.02 feet; thence
westerly to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect its passage and
publication.
