AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE
PARK, WEST OF MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AND SOUTH OF 23RD AVENUE

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended
by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from P -I
(Public/Institutional) to RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2) with respect to the
hereinafter described property:
Lot 1, Block 1, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 1, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 2, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Lot 11, Block 2, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND
Block 1, Lots 2 and 3 and that part of Lot 4 described as beginning at the northwest
corner thereof the easterly line along the north line thereof a distance of 107.53 feet
there deflecting right 85 degrees a distance of 12.7 feet thereof southwesterly to a point
on the westerly line thereof a distance of 28 feet southerly from the northwest corner
thereof northerly to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective. Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 16th day of April, 1997.
