ORDINANCE NO. 98-41
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 21 WITH RESPECT TO LIQUOR ON -SALE WHEN ACCESSORY TO A
PERMITTED USE IN THE PUBLIC/INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICTS (98193)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 21475.07 of the Plymouth City Code (Accessory Uses in
the City Center District) is hereby amended by adding Subd. 2 to read as follows:
Subd. 2. CC -P District. Liquor on -sale when accessory and customary to
uses allowed as permitted, conditional and interim in this Section.
Section 2. Section 21650.05 of the Plymouth City Code (Accessory Uses in
the Public/Institutional District) is hereby amended by adding Subd. 6 to read as follows:
Subd. 6. Liquor on -sale when accessory and customary to uses permitted in
Sections 21650.03, 21650.07, and 21650.09 of this Chapter.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council on this 16th day of December, 1998.
