AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 16220 OLD ROCKFORD ROAD
(98162)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2)
with respect to the hereinafter described property:
That part of the east '/i of the northeast '/4 section 17-118-22 bounded by a line beginning at the
northwest corner of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/a of Section 17; thence north along the west
line of said east %2 of the northeast 1/4264 feet; thence east at right angles 330 feet; thence south
at right angles 446.8 feet more or less to the center line of State Highway No. 55 (so called);
thence northwesterly along the center line of said Highway No. 55 369.65 feet more or less to the
west line of the east `/2 of the northeast %4 of said Section 17; thence north 16.6 feet more or less
to the point of beginning containing about 2.75 acres and excepting therefrom that part taken for
road purposes, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 401 day of November, 1998.
