CITY CODE CONCERNING COUNCIL SALARIES
WHEREAS, the City Council may propose adjustments to the salaries paid to the mayor
and councilmembers prior to a city election.
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 205 of the Plymouth City Code is amended by changing
Section 205.03 to read:
205.03 Health and Dental Benefits. Hospital, surgical, and dental insurance
benefits shall be made available on a pre-tax basis to the Mayor and
individual Council Members in an amount equal to the entire cost.
Effective Date. The effective date of this ordinance shall be January 1, 1999.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1998.
