ORDINANCE NO. 98-31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XII OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING THE SALE,
CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1206.15(D) of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
D. Residency Requirements. A license will not be renewed if, in the case of
an individual, the licensee is not a resident of the State at the time of the date for renewal; if,
in the case of a partnership, the managing partner is not a resident of the State at the time of
renewal; or in the case of a corporation, if the Operating Manager
S4aW does not reside within 100 miles of the City of Plymouth at the time of the date of
renewal. The time for establishing residency within the State may, for good cause, be
extended by the Council.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2"d day of September, 1998.
