ORDINANCE NO. 98-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND
SECTION 21655.16 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 24 (97187)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to
revise Section 21655.16, Subd. 2, for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Station
Addition (Plymouth Station), as follows:
21655.16 PUD 91-1 (PLYMOUTH STATION)
Subd. 2: Incorporated herein by reference are the Plymouth Station plans
received by the City on August 1, 1997 and August 5, 1997, except as amended by City
Council Resolution 97-533, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
96193, and the Plymouth Station master sign plan received by the City on March 6, 1998,
March 11, 1998, and March 12, 1998 ,except as amended by City Council Resolution 98-
256, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 97187.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
