ORDINANCE NO. 98-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER X OF
THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING FEES
WITH REGARD TO INVESTIGATIONS ON
LIQUOR LICENSES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter X, Section 1010.01 License Fees, Subd. 5., Liquor of the
Plymouth City Code is amended to read as follows:
(a) Investigation fee
if conducted within the State of Minnesota $500
if investigation is required outside of the State of Minnesota,
the charge shall be the actual costs not to exceed $10,000
Operating_ Manager when done alone 50
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 7`' day of January, 1998.
