AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
TEMPORARILY PROHIBITING THE ISSUANCE OF
SUBDIVISION APPROVAL AND ZONING APPROVALS
IN A DESIGNATED AREA IN NORTHWEST PLYMOUTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 99-02 is amended to read:
SECTION 4. EXEMPTIONS: This ordinance shall not apply to:
(a) final plat approval of a subdivision that has been given
preliminary approval prior to the effective date of this
ordinance;
(b) a properly completed application filed with the City on or before the date
Ordinance No. 99-02 was adopted; and
(c) review of sketch plans pursuant to City Code Sections 21045.03 and
21655.05 in areas "lb", "2a7, and "2b" on the proposed sewer staging plan
map dated July 27, 1999.
SECTION 2. The "effective date" section of Ordinance No. 99-02 is amended to read:
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
approval and shall remain in effect until June 1, 2000.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
approval.
