HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1999-27ORDINANCE NO. 99-27 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMIT FEES AND AMENDING SECTION 1015.19 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1015.19, is amended to read: 1015.19 Water and Sanitary Sewer Permit Fee. Water and sanitary sewer permit fees are as follows: (a) Residential Water Connection or Disconnection (b) Commercial Water Connection or Disconnection (c) For larger size connections (d) Water turn-off /turn -on charge 1) During regular business hours 2) Outside regular business hours (e) Curb box adjustment: Residential Commercial (f) Industrial, Commercial, Public and Institutional Property Private -Fire Hydrant Inspection Fee (g) Reinspection Fee (h) Temporary Water Service Connection (i) Water Meter Testing: 5/8" to 2" meters 3" meters 4" meters 6" meters or larger (j) Residential Sewer Connection or Disconnection (k) Commercial/Industrial Sewer Connection or Disconnection (1) Commercial/Industrial Water Pressure and/or Conductivity Test (m) Violation of Water Sprinkling Ban Section 2.
