AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND
SECTION 21655.18 FOR PUD 91-1 (PLYMOUTH STATION) AMENDMENT FOR
LOT 1, BLOCK 1 AND OUTLOT A PLYMOUTH STATION ADDITION LOCATED
SOUTH OF HWY 55, NORTH OF MEDINA ROAD AND EAST OF CO. RD. 24

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to
revise Section 21655.18, Subd. 2, as follows:
21655.22 PUD 91-1 (Plymouth Station)
Subd. 2: Incorporated herein by reference are the Plymouth Station plans
received by the City on August 1, 1997 and August 5, 1997, except as amended by City
Council Resolution 97-533, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
96193, the Plymouth Station master sign plan received by the City on March 6, 1998,
March 11, 1998, and March 12, 1998 ,except as amended by City Council Resolution 98-
256, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 97187, and the revision
to the sloped roof design standards received by the City on April 17, 1998, except as
amended by City Council Resolution 98-308, on file in the Office of the Zoning
Administrator under File 98065, and the revision to the PUD general plan for the day care
building received by the City on July 21, 1999, except as amended by City Council
Resolution 99-380, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 99077.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
